Refund and Return Policy

Lynne's Food Cravings' aim is to provide our customers the best customer service and shopping experience. Our refund and return policy may vary by item category. Please see below. 

SECTION 1: CANCELLATION AND RETURN INFORMATION

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message on our chatbot or email as at lynnesfoodcravings@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order is not been shipped yet, we will issue the full amount within 24 hrs without any additional cost . If your order is already been shipped, it is considered as return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at lynnesfoodcravings@gmail.com
  • Subject to availability of the item, we will provide you a refund or replacement with no additional shipping fee.

SECTION 2: RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECTION 3: RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, in sellable condition, if damaged or defective, or expired. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • You are responsible for the shipping fee if you purchased the wrong item or the reason is the item is no longer needed plus 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will pay for the return shipping fee or issue a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable and non-refundable items

  • All frozen goods including (frozen bakery) are packed and shipped inside a cool shield thermal envelop and comes with multiple non-toxic food-grade frozen gel ice packs. We only ship Tuesday, Friday & Saturday for all frozen goods. If your order has dry goods, we will ship them in those days. In case of delay, it's beyond our control. Unfortunately, we do not offer refund or replacement for frozen goods. Kindly order at your own risk. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
